School Rules
1. No smoking in the Do Jang at any time.
2. No gum chewing in the Do Jang.
3. No profanity will be used in the Do Jang.
4. No jewelry will be worn during class.
5. Students are not allowed to belong to any other Do Jang.
6. Never lose your temper in the Do Jang, especially during sparring.
7. Never leave class for a break, water, or an early dismissal without permission.
8. Never lean on the walls or spread out on the floor.
9. Students must keep finger nails and toe nails clipped short and clean.
10. No horse play, whistling, or loud talking is permitted in the Do Jang.
11. No talking while the instructor is talking, or speaking to any visitors while in training.
12. Have discipline while training.
13. Phone in when you will be late or if you can not attend the class.
14. When you see your Kwan Jang Nim or Sa Bum Nim, you must bow to him.
15. Bow to the flag before entering or leaving the Do Jang and office.
16. Always respect your instructors and address him as master when asking or answering questions.
17. Respect all your senior belts: Bow when asking a question.
18. Keep your uniform ( Do Bok ) clean at all times.
19. Do not face your instructor when fixing your Do Bok or belt.
20. Always remember that what you are learning here is a deadly art, treat it with respect and never misuse it.
10 Tips for Best Training
1. Attend 2 Classes per week minimum.
2. Come to academy 10 minutes before class.
3. Notify instructor if you will be missing more than one week of class.
4. Make up any requirements you missed as soon as possible.
5. Follow academy rules and commitments in everyday life.
6. Repeat all requirements as many times as possible.
7. Be generous with others and strict with yourself.
8. Always set a new goal after each accomplishment.
9. Do not hesitate to consult your master about questions or problems.
10. Always empty yourself and have a humble mind.
